RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
If you are not entirely satisfied with any product then please return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt, if international up to 20 days. Please complete the returns form on the back of the packing slip and include in the parcel.
Items must be in the same condition as when we sent them with all tags and packaging.
POSTING AN ORDER BACK:
Buyers are responsible for paying the cost of posting items back to us and they must get proof of postage from the post office in case the items should go missing in the post. If an order should get lost in the post when it is being returned to Fashion Clicks we cannot provide a refund or exchange without proof of postage.
If an item from Fashion Clicks is returned for a refund we will refund the cost of the item(s) but not the postage cost, unless the item is being returned because it is faulty in which case we will refund the full amount including postage.
All returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt. When your return has been processed you will be informed by email.
Items that are returned to us after 10 days or fall outside our return policy will not be refunded.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Items may not be exchanged for a completely different product. If you require a different product, you will need to place a new order!
Please ensure you don’t wear deodorant or perfume or anything else that could leave a mark/scent when trying on the clothes. Items that appear to have been worn or are damaged and are not fit for resale are not eligible for refund or exchange, without exception.
Shoes and boots MUST come in their original box with tissue and packaging intact and unmarked, otherwise they will be refused as we cannot re-sell them, and cannot obtain replacement boxes.
IMPORTANT NOTE – Please note that we are a small store and every item is hand picked and checked before it is sent out. We absolutely will not refund if an item has obviously been worn or has been sent back damaged so please don’t try! Abuse of our returns policy will prevent you from shopping with us in the future.
Items marked with * next to the product name are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This includes underwear, swimwear and earrings.
When returning an item to us for refund or exchange, you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend you choose a postage method, which insures you for the value of the goods.

We take great care to hand pick and check every item before it is sent out but mistakes can sometimes happen. If the item you received is faulty or not what you ordered then please email email@example.com with your name, address, order number and a description of the problem. We will contact you with details on how to proceed with the return.
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This excludes items clearly highlighted with a * next to the product name, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All order cancellations must be sent in writing, either to firstname.lastname@example.org or to the postal address shown above within 7 days, quoting your name, address and order number. Once the order has been cancelled all goods should immediately be sent, by recorded delivery to the address above in their original condition and packaging. Please note when returning an item to us, you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend that you choose a postage method which insures you for the value of the goods.
